Our key Staff
We operate a system where each Manager runs their own team, and then reports to the client Partner. The Partner and Manager are your first ports of call. This means that there should always be at least one contact in the office should you have a query. Our five managers have a total of over 100 years working with us, which shows dedication and loyalty, which can only benefit our clients.Stephen Jones F.C.A., F.C.C.A
Joined the firm in 1993, qualifying in 1996 and became a Partner on 1 January 2000, becoming senior Partner in 2017. Stephen has over 30 years experience working in the small practice environment, dealing with large audits, taxation, business planning and due diligence reporting.
Darren Smart, F.C.C.A.
Darren joined us in 1993, straight from school as a trainee. After qualifying with ACCA in 2000 and working for many years as manager, he was appointed on 1 March 2020 as a Partner. He manages a wide variety of companies and audit clients.

Jane Royle
Jane is a Senior Manager working within our smaller clients department and has been with us since 2003.
Leslie Appaduray
A senior manager, dealing with our medium to larger sized clients whilst also handling personal tax matters. Leslie only joined us in 2016 but has a wealth of experience to bring to us.
Emma Wenban M.A.A.T.
Emma joined the firm in 2010 as a trainee and has progressed to become a senior manager. Emma specialises in property management accounts and is also M.A.A.T qualified.
Toni-Sue Worton
Having joined us in 2008, Toni now heads up our Payroll and Company Secretarial Departments.
